Elizabeth A. Kormos, President of Kormos and Company, is an experienced development professional and leading authority in strategic planning and project feasibility with projects ranging from senior housing and healthcare to commercial real estate development. Liz’s contributions have resulted in millions of dollars of profitable development for her clients. She has provided consulting services to over 80 clients in 23 states.
Prior to founding Kormos and Company LLC, Ms. Kormos was the Vice President of a major regional developer of medical, senior housing and commercial office projects in the Capital Region of New York. Ms. Kormos has over 20 years of experience with organizations such as Baylor Health Care System, Greystone Communities (now Sunrise Retirement), and Voluntary Hospitals of America. Ms. Kormos is affiliated with Conley Associates of Albany, NY (conleyassociates.biz) providing consulting services to Conley’s clients.
She received her BA from Mount Holyoke College, a MS and MBA from Northeastern University. Ms. Kormos is also in the process of completing the required courses for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). A CCIM is a recognized expert in the field of commercial real estate.
Ms. Kormos is active in her local community as a Board member of the Voorheesville Community and School Foundation and the chair of the New Scotland Senior Services Advisory Board.
